We are committed to satisfying our customers, but we need your help. All warranties are given and honored by the manufacturer of the product. Many times problems with a product can be resolved by contacting the company that made them. If not, then they will be able to start the warranty process. If for some reason a manufacturer does not take care of your warranty needs, please contact us so that we may intervene on your behalf.
A 20%
restocking fee "may" be charged against all returned or canceled
orders. Batteries, Power panels, or appliances can not be
returned. All other items must be in the original packing, and
you must receive an RMA # before returning products.
It is very important that you inspect your shipment, and report any damage immediately to both
Northwest Energy Storage, Inc. and the transportation company. If you are asked to sign for delivery, be sure to examine the box or item very carefully for dents, tears or crushing. If you find anything damaged, be sure to note it on the paperwork before signing. |
