Our battery cables are second to none, in fact they are better than original equipment from the factory. We use only the finest components and approved crimping tools to produce the best battery cables money can buy. It can not be overemphasized how important battery cables are, after all they carry
all the energy to and from your energy system.

Power Pulse Solargizer They Work!
|
 |
| What makes
PulseTech® products different from other battery maintenance products available on the market? |
Solargizer,
PowerPulse® and other battery maintenance systems from PulseTech are the only products in the world that utilize patented pulse technology. And this technology is the only method that will completely eliminate the number one cause of battery problems and failure: sulfation
buildup (lead sulfate deposits on the battery plates) and related problems. Other products may claim to provide the same benefits, but they don't. Most of them merely try to "maintain" the battery by charging them on a constant basis. The problem is too much charging will ultimately overheat and damage the lead plates. In other words, the "cure" could be worse than the disease. Other products even claim to remove crystallized sulfates from the plates. But, this too is usually done by over charging the plates in order to literally knock the sulfates loose. In this situation, only a few sulfates are removed as active plate material sheds and falls useless to the bottom of the battery acid. It's sort of like blowing up the house just to get rid of the termites. On the other hand, PulseTech® products remove the embedded sulfates and put them back into the electrolyte as active sulfuric acid. They also prevent them from recrystallizing, and won't harm the battery in any way.
| What are the benefits of using pulse technology? |
The main benefit of pulse technology is to ensure battery performance so you can rely on it any time you need it. As we said above, pulse technology is the only patented method available that will completely clean the battery's plates. By doing this, it provides the following benefits:
- Get better performance by maintaining peak battery efficiency.
- Save money on battery costs by extending battery life dramatically.
- Save electricity by increasing charge acceptance so batteries recharge faster and with better quality.
- Help protect the environment by not having to discard batteries prematurely.
| Will
PulseTech® battery maintenance systems work on gel cell batteries? |
Yes. They work on any size and any voltage lead-acid battery. This includes not only maintenance-free gel cell batteries, but also antimony, hybrid, calcium plate designs and absorbed glass mat.
| What is the difference between Solargizer and
PowerPulse®? |
Solargizer and PowerPulse® are both pulse technology systems, but there is one major difference between the two. While Solargizer uses the sun's energy as a power source (or a 110-volt current from a wall plug with the Receptacle models), PowerPulse® actually uses the battery's own energy. It collects a small amount of energy from the battery, reconditions it and then returns it to the battery as a pulsing dc current to clean the battery plates. Keep in mind that although PowerPulse® works 24 hours a day, Solargizer is still the most effective system in most cases because the solar panel is
providing the extra power needed to help offset the additional parasitic drain affecting most of today's batteries.

The Power Vent uses a DC brushless fan to evacuate the battery
room or box. It has a backdraft preventer to keep cold air from dropping into the battery
area, this is very important if your batteries are in a basement. You can use the relay built into the SW series inverter to control when the fan comes on and turns off. It can also be used to draw air from your house to keep your batteries warm or cool. Use one for 12 volt batteries up to
1500 amp/hrs. Use 2 for 24 volt batteries over 750 amp/hrs.
