Servel Propane Refrigerator

Available in LP Gas or kerosene operation, these high quality appliances require no electricity—ideal for use in a remote cabin or cottage, on the farm or ranch, or in temporary quarters.

The absorption-type cooling system is quiet and dependable, with no compressor or other moving parts to wear out. Choose almond or white exterior finish with designer beveled edges. The easy-to-clean all-white interior features adjustable, removable shelves and door bins for stocking flexibility, plus two vegetable crispers and a battery-powered interior light.

The large freezer compartment has a 3-position adjustable shelf. Both doors have easy-to-use handles. Covered exterior controls include manual ignition, thermostat and fuel selector (LP gas model only).

Natural Gas Conversion Available
Once the unit has been converted it will no longer be AGA approved. Some insurance companies may not underwrite non-AGA approved appliances. Check with your insurance company before converting. Commercial grade natural gas has a performance comparable to LP gas. Those using gas from a private or community well usually see a decline in performance. Add $199.00 to price below for natural gas conversion.

Servel refrigerators come standard with a 120 volt heating element installed on the absorption unit. Do not use this feature or you will be draining your battery at a much higher rate than you would if you were using a conventional full sized refrigerator.
